Itinerary
DAY 1: ARRIVAL AND ACCLIMATIZATION
Our guide will be waiting at the airport holding a sign with the passenger’s name to take them to their hotel in the city of Cusco. Free afternoon to explore the city at your own pace.

DAY 2: CUSCO – CITY TOUR
At 8:00 a.m., we will start picking up our clients from their hotel to begin the City Tour, where you will observe the blend of two cultures, Inca and Spanish. We will visit the ancient Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha), located within the city, followed by the archaeological complex of Saqsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara, and Tambomachay, which are located around the city of Cusco. We will return between 6:30 and 7 p.m. to Plaza San Francisco.
DAY 3: VIP VALLEY – HOT SPRINGS
We start the tour with the pickup from the hotel at 6:30 a.m. with tourist transportation that will take us to the different archaeological sites such as the textile center, Chinchero, Moray, Maras, buffet lunch in Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, Pisac, and then transfer to the Ollantaytambo station to take the tourist train. During the journey, we will observe the Vilcanota River and the extensive Sacred Valley of the Incas, arriving at the town and station of Aguas Calientes. The accommodation staff will be waiting for you with the group name to take you to the lodging, and at the coordinated time, the guide will come to the hotel to coordinate the departure time to Machu Picchu for the next day.
DAY 4: MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
Very early in the morning after breakfast at your hotel, we will head to the bus station that will take us to the citadel of Machu Picchu. Our guide will start the guided tour so that you can better understand the history and architecture of the Inca City of Machu Picchu. You will be amazed by the Inca constructions and temples, as well as the natural surroundings. You will have free time to explore the Machu Picchu complex on your own and take many photographs.
In the afternoon, we board our train that will take us to the Ollantaytambo station, where our transportation will be waiting to take you to the city of Cusco (arrival point Plaza San Francisco).
DAY 5: COLORED MOUNTAIN
From 4:30 to 5:00 a.m., our local guide will pick up passengers from their hotel to begin the adventure of the 7-color Mountain, traveling by tourist transport to the small town of Cussipata. There we will have breakfast and receive the necessary instructions for the day’s trekking and start the hike, enjoying beautiful landscapes, lagoons, and habitats of South American camelids (alpacas, llamas, vicuñas, pumas, Andean birds, and condors, etc.).
We will reach VININCUNCA – PASSO at 5250 m.a.s.l. From here you can appreciate the beautiful view of the Rainbow Mountain, and you can also see the snow-capped Ausangate. We will then descend to the town of Cussipata, where we will have lunch, and afterwards return to the city of Cusco around 6:00 p.m.
DAY 6: HUMANTAY LAGOON
The hike to Humantay Lagoon begins early with pickup in Cusco (4:30-5:15 a.m.) and a trip to the picturesque town of Mollepata, where breakfast is taken. Then, we continue to Soraypampa (3,875 m.a.s.l.) to start the ascent of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to the lagoon, located at 4,250 m.a.s.l. During the journey, you can enjoy nature, and upon arrival, a gratitude ritual to Apu Salkantay is performed. At the site, you can take photos of the spectacular landscape and recharge your energy. Finally, we return to Soraypampa, have lunch in Mollepata with panoramic views, and return to Cusco in the afternoon.
DAY 7: HOTEL – AIRPORT AND/OR BUS STATION TRANSFER – FAREWELL

On your last day, we will ensure that you have a memorable closure to your experience in Cusco. Depending on your departure time, you will have time for a light activity, such as a last stroll through the historic streets, buying souvenirs, or enjoying a relaxed breakfast at your accommodation.
Our team will promptly transfer you to the airport or bus terminal for your return trip. This is the moment to say goodbye, taking with you unforgettable memories, new friendships, and the magic of the Andes.
